Port25 takes the issue of and problems associated with bulk, unsolicited Email very seriously. We stand firmly against the delivery of unsolicited e-mail, the solutions that facilitate it, and the companies and people that engage in this practice.

Among other measures, we do not make license activation keys (LAKs) available with the downloadable software at www.port25.com, nor do we automatically send these upon submission of the contact form.

Each request for evaluation is handled by a human, which greatly decreases the chances of known spammers slipping through the cracks. Although including evaluation LAKs along with the software would be much more convenient, it would also greatly increase the chances that the software is used by spammers, so we believe this inconvenience is a small price to pay.
